Is there a minimum commitment?
No. You can stop after your very first delivery — there's no lock-in and no fee to cancel.
When am I charged?
Each time a delivery is prepared, at the plan price on the schedule you choose. We email a reminder 3 days before every delivery, so you're never charged by surprise.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes — skip any delivery up to the day before it's due, and you won't be charged for it. Handy when you still have plenty of hay left.
Can I change my plan later?
Anytime. Change your pack size or delivery frequency, or switch back to one-time buying, whenever it suits you.
Is delivery included?
Yes. Every price you see already includes delivery within Singapore — nothing extra at checkout.
